I have, recently, bought a couple of photography books, one in particular is filled with excellent work by a Hungarian photographer, Brassai. His work ‘Paris de nuit’ is sublime, especially when you consider that they were all taken in the late 1920s and early 1930s on very low ISO film/ plates…

Bleach reclaimed polaroids…such a lot of fun to do and the results are so variable
Especially if a little bit of the bleach runs on to the ‘wrong’ side of the negative.
Unfortunately, the polaroid back for my Fuji GX 680 doesn’t always behave how it should do and I…

Colour negative film, not used this for years and it was quite impressive
Shot a roll with the Fuji GX680 and processed it with the Tetenal Colortec 2 bath kit.
Skin tones are pretty good although the negs did have areas that were redder than they should have been.

Apart from that rather dark piece of history, it was one of the inner…

I managed to buy another Rolleicord

The whole lot cost less than my Mk lll (which came with…

Continuing to shoot black and white around Metz with the vintage Rolleicord; mostly on Tri-X Pan.
The first shot is a long exposure taken inside the cathedral.
The others are around the city, the older parts and the Moselle river.
The last shot in this particular set shows the protestant…
